BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL CALLED SESSION ON
WEDNESDAY 14 MARCH 2007 AT 9:00 A.M. IN ROOM 108 OF THE BRAZOS
COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call To Order.
1. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to §551.074 of the Texas Government Code to
discuss personnel matters.
2. Consider and possible action on the Executive Session.
3. Adjourn
The Brazos County Courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign

SPECIAL MEETING
MARCH 14, 2007
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in room 108 in the Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday,
March 14, 2007 with the following members of the Court
present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4,
Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and then at
9:01 a.m. announced the Court would convene into Executive
Session pursuant to §551.074 of the Texas Government Code to
discuss personnel matters. Ruth McLeod, Interim HR Director
was asked to attend. The following applicants for the Human
Resources Director position were asked to attend individually:

Marilyn Lee
Jennifer Salazar

The County Judge opened the meeting at 11:40 a.m. and
announced the meeting would be recessed and reconvened at 8:00
a.m. on Thursday, March 15, 2007.
The County Judge called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.
on Thursday, March 15, 2007 and announced the Court would
convene into Executive Session pursuant to §551.074 of the
Texas Government Code to discuss personnel matters. Ruth
McLeod, Interim HR Director was asked to attend.
The County Judge opened the meeting at 9:21 a.m. and
announced no action would be taken.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.

The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court meeting held
March 14, 2007 have been examined and are approved in open
