BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A
WORKSHOP SESSION TO DISCUSS RENOVATIONS TO FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH
FOR COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICES.
THE WORKSHOP WILL BE CONDUCTED ON MONDAY, JANUARY 22, 2007 AT
1:00 P.M. IN ROOM 108 OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH
STREET, BRYAN, TEXAS.
The Brazos County Courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign

WORKSHOP SESSION
JANUARY 22, 2007
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00
a.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2007, with the following members
of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioner's Court met to discuss the renovations
to the First Baptist Church for County Administrative Offices.
They discussed the layout of the floors, operational
efficiency with the air conditioning issues in the Family Life
Center, area for an attorney, fire sprinklers, design
development, access, getting more natural light into the
building, ease of exit in the event of an emergency, an
atrium, place for the budget officer, storage for copier
paper amongst other things.
