THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL CALLED
SESSION ON THURSDAY 28 DECEMBER 2006 AT 9:00 A.M. IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY
COURTHOUSE, 300 E. 26TH STREET, SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Call to Order.
Consider and take action on agenda items 2 - 3:

3. Approval of official bonds.
4. Adjourn
The Brazos County Courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 28, 2006
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the
Brazos County Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas,
beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 28, 2006 with the
following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Eric Caldwell, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and then
proceeded to consider the following Claims as submitted by the
County Treasurer for payment:
7026625 through 7026924
On motion by Commissioner Peters, seconded by Commissioner
Cauley, the Court voted unanimously to approve the Claims as
submitted.
The next matter before the Court was approval of official
bonds. On motion by the County Judge, seconded by

Commissioner Peters, the Court voted unanimously to remove
this from the agenda as all bonds were previously approved.
Commissioner Mallard stated that a Notice of Meeting
needed to be posted for the January 5, 2007 meeting at the
Brazos Valley Council of Governments offices. They will be
meeting with the legislators at that time.
There being no further business to come before the
Court, the meeting was adjourned.
