BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL CALLED
SESSION ON MONDAY 16 OCTOBER 2006 AT 11:00 A.M. IN THE
COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY
COURTHOUSE, 300 E. 26TH STREET, SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance - Judge Sims.
Consider and take action on agenda items 2 - 3:
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to §551.071 of the Texas Government
Code for consultation with an attorney acting as legal council to the
Commissioners Court.
3. Consider and possible action on the Executive Session.
4. Adjourn
The Brazos County Courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
OCTOBER 16, 2006
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in room 115 in the Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Monday,
October 16, 2006 with the following members of the Court
present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4,
Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
officials that were in attendance.
The County Judge gave the invocation and led the pledge
of allegiance.
The County Judge called the meeting to order and then at
11:02 a.m. announced the Court would convene into Executive
Session pursuant to §551.071 of the Texas Government Code to
discuss legal matters. Candy Gallego, Executive Assistant,
Debbie Lockledge Administrative Assistant, Gary Arnold,
Planning, Bill Jeanes, Risk Management and Rod Anderson,
Assistant County Attorney were asked to stay.

The County Judge opened the meeting at 12:25 p.m. and
announced no action would be taken.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court meeting held
October 16, 2006 have been examined and are approved in open
