SPECIAL CALLED SESSION
BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL CALLED
SESSION ON WEDNESDAY 21 JUNE 2006 AT 1:30 P.M. IN ROOM 108 OF THE
BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance - Judge Sims.
Consider and take action on agenda items 2 - 3:
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to
Code to discuss §551.074 of the Texas Government
personnel matters relative to the Coliseum Complex Director.
3. Consider and possible action on the Executive Session.
4. Adjourn

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
JUNE 21, 2006
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in room 108 in the Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday,
June 21, 2006 with the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1,
Absent;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent
The follow were also in attendance:
Candy Gallego Commissioners Court
Meredith Stancek KBTX-TV
Cary Wiatrek KBTX-TV
The County Judge called the meeting to order and then at
1:34 p.m. announced the Court would convene into Executive
Session pursuant to §551.074 of the Texas Government Code to
discuss personnel matters relating to the Coliseum Complex
Director.
The County Judge opened the meeting at 2:50 p.m. and
announced no action would be taken.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
