[RYAN, TEXAS ly:._/~[Fn __,rrPUTy NOTICE OF MEETING AND AGENDA BRAZOS COUNTY COMISSIONERS COURT The Brazos County Commissioners Court will meet in Special Session on Friday 18 November 2005 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Brazos County Courthouse, 300 East 26th Street, Suite 115, Bryan, Texas. 1. Call to Order. 2. Canvas the 8 November 2005 Amendment Election. 3. Adjourn. The Brazos County Courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Suite 114 Bryan, Texas 77803 Fax: (979) 361 A503 OL -4 'AGE "4 V COMMISSIONERS' COURT SPECIAL MEETING NOVEMBER 18, 2005 A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the Brazos County Commissioners Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, November 18, 2005 with the following members of the Court present: Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding; Eric Caldwell, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4: Karen McQueen, County Clerk. The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance. The Court proceeded to canvas the results of the Constitutional Amendment Election held November 8, 2005. The County Judge read aloud the propositions and vote count for each. On motion by the County Judge, seconded by Commissioner Peters, the Court voted unanimously to accept as true the county-wide totals as tabulated by the County's automated tabulating equipment and ordered the results to be certified to the Secretary of State and recorded in the Official Election Records of Brazos County. A copy of the election results as tabulated is attached hereto.
