The orkshop will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Brazos County
Courtuse, 300 East 26th Street, Suite 115, Bryan, Texas for the purpose of hearing a
prese tion by John Carson of Brookstone, L.P. about what a construction manager at
risk i d how this service might benefit Brazos County.

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Wo kshop Session in Room 108 of the Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July
12,', 2005, with the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The Commissioner's Court met to hear a presentation by
FrHd Newman on Interface EAP (Employee Assistance Program).
