BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE C MISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON
TUESDA 1" 21 JUNE 2005 AT 6:30 P.M. IN ROOM 102 OF THE BRAZOS CENTER,
3232 B RCREST DRIVE, BRYAN, TEXAS.
In accord ce with Chapter 232 Vernon's Texas Code, the Commissioners Court will hold a
public he ing to consider the Re-Subdivision of Adams Acres Subdivision (Brazos County
Subdivisi Regulations, Article V, Section D) in Precinct 2.
All intere ed persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any, for or
against th e-Subdivision of Adams Acres Subdivision in Precinct 2.
The Brazos C ter is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive services

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
P' lic Hearing at the Brazos Center, 3232 Briarcrest Drive in
B an, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on
T sday, June 21, 2005, with the following members of the
C rt present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct l;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear commentary for or
a inst the re-subdivision of Adams Acres Subdivision in
P cinct 2. Gary Arnold with the Road and Bridge Department
s ted that his department had no objection to the re-
s division. There were no citizens present to speak for or
a inst the proposed action.
There being no further comment, the County Judge declared
t' Public hearing closed.
