VOL (oS PAGE 53 COMMISSIONERS' COURT REGULAR MEETING DECEMBER 21, 2004 A regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos C nty, Texas was held at the Brazos Center, 3232 Briarcrest D ve, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 6:00 p.m. o Tuesday, December 21, 2004 with the following members of t Court present: Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding; Eric Caldwell, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4; Karen McQueen, County Clerk. The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and o icials that were in attendance. Commissioner Cauley gave the invocation and led the p dge of allegiance. Under citizen input/and or concerns the following spoke: Demetrios Basdekas a) Asked the County Judge to read aloud the claims when h point on the agenda because the claims register w not posted outside, as it should have been. The Court next considered a contract with Corporate sing Services for lease of the metal detector used by Juvenile Services Department. Cost of the equipment $236.64 due monthly. On motion by the County Judge, by Commissioner Cauley, the Court voted nimously to approve the contract and authorized the nty Judge to execute the document on behalf of Brazos A copy is attached. On motion by Commissioner Peters, seconded by issioner Cauley, the Court voted unanimously to re eive, approve and order filed as submitted the Tr asurer's report for October 2004.
