P uant to Article 6701D, Vernon's Civil Statutes, the Commissioners Court of Brazos
County, Texas will hold a Public Hearing to consider the installation of a stop sign at the
intersects of Andert Road and Key Energy Private Road in Precinct 2. This is intended to stop
traffic ent ng Andert Road from the Key Energy Private Road.
T place of the hearing will be at the Brazos Center, 3232 Briarcrest Drive, Bryan,
Texas. T date of the hearing will be Tuesday, April 19, 2005 and the time of the hearing will
be 6:30 p. .
Al "nterested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any, for

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a

6:30 p.m.
on

19, 2005, with
the following
members of
the
Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear commentary for or
a inst the installation of a stop sign at the intersection of
A ert Road and Key Energy Private Road in Precinct 2.
Commissioner Peters addressed the problems and the need
f# a stop sign.
Gary Arnold, Road and Bridge Department said that even
t ugh there is a dangerous curve in the area, tractors with
t filers tend to speed up there.
There were no citizens in attendance wishing to speak on
t
setting
of speed
limits.
