A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
Cc ~nty, Texas was held in the Brazos County Commissioners Courtroom
the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:00
on Thursday, November 11, 2004 with the following members of
Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Eric Caldwell, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent:
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.

The Court proceeded

Election held November 5, 2000.
Cc 'ssioner Sims read aloud the propositions and vote count for
el ~h. On motion by Commissioner Thornton, seconded by Commissioner
the Court voted unanimously to accept as true the county-
totals as tabulated by the County's automated tabulating
and ordered the results to be certified to the Secretary
State and recorded in the Official Election Records of Brazos

There being no further business to come before the Court, the
