COMMISSIONERS' COURT PUBLIC HEARING SEPTEMBER 24, 2004 P~ B~ T~ at ac C ir 1¢ Lc V The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a ~lic Hearing at the Brazos Center in the Courthouse in zan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 7:00 p.m. on ~sday, September 24, 2004, with the following members of the ~rt present: Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding; Eric Caldwell, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent; Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent; Karen McQueen, County Clerk. Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in ~endance. The purpose of the hearing is to hear commentary for or ~inst the re-plat of Evergreen Estates in Precinct 2 (Brazos lnty, Subdivision Regulations, Article V, Section D). Janet ~ey, owner and Pat Butler of Clear Vision Brokerage .tiated the request to divide Lot 2 from 7 acres into two s, one being 5 acres and the other 2 acres and enlarging 1 from 8 acres to 12.9 acres. Ail property owners in the .division were duly notified by certified mail of the 'uest to re-plat. She said that Ms. Casey and Mr. Butler are going ough the proper channels to get this re-plat accomplished. also said that the owner of Lot 6 called and although id not attend the meeting wanted it known that he/she had objection to the re-plat. There were no citizens in attendance wishing to speak on re-plating.
