PUBLIC HEARING
AUGUST 17, 2004
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
P1 Hearing at the Brazos Center in the Courthouse in
Bz Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 7:00 p.m. on
Ti ~sday, August t7, 2004, with the following members of the
Cc present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Eric Caldwell, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
al zendance.
The purpose of the hearing is to hear commentary for or
ac the posting of speed limits on Deer Park Drive in
P ~cinct 1. Commissioner Caldwell discussed the finding from
ti traffic study that showed the 85th percentile speed equaled
3 17 miles per hour.
There were no citizens in attendance wishing to speak on
t setting of speed limits.
There being no further comment, the County Judge declared
ti Public hearing closed.
