BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
W( :kshop Session in the Commissioners' meeting room 108 in the
C( e in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 3:30
p. on Tuesday, July 20, 2004, with the following members of
ti Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4 Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
al endance.
Mr. Howard Miller with the Texas County & District
R( ~irement System reviewed the current County retirement plan,
t! options available for the Court's consideration and the
c< t of changes. He noted that the County matching rate has
down due to no recent plan changes and marketing changes.
