A regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
lnty, Texas was held in the Brazos County Commissioners
lrtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas,
inning at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 11, 2004 with the
lowing members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Eric Caldwell, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and
icials that were in attendance.
Commissioner Caldwell gave the invocation and led the

There was no citizen input/and or concerns.
The Court next considered Budget Amendment #03/04-29.1

and they are doing a scrapbook.

all went to a CUC meeting in
Galveston last week. Among the
issues they talked about were IT
issues, funding caps, and unfunded
mandates.

The Newman 10 awards will be held on
June 9, 2004 at the Hilton Hotel. He
asked if the members of the court
wanted to reserve a table to sit
together.
