NOTICE OF MEETING
BRAZOS COUNTY COMISSIONERS COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A
WORKSHOP SESSION FOR PRESENTATIONS AND DISCUSSIONS
REGARDING THE 2003-2004 COUNTY BUDGET.
THE WORKSHOP WILL BE CONDUCTED ON THURSDAY 17 JULY 2003
BEGINNING AT 1:00 P.M. AND CONTINUING THROUGH FRIDAY 1 AUGUST
2003 AT 5:00 P.M. IN ROOM 108 OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE,
300 EAST 26TH STREET, BRYAN, TEXAS.
The Courthourse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in Room 108 of the Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July
17, 2003 and continuing through Friday, August 1, 2003 with
the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk; Absent
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to
discuss and hear presentations from various County Departments
on the county budget for fiscal year 2004.
