COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 30, 2003
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of
Brazos County, Texas was held in the Brazos Countv
Commissioners Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 11:45 a.m. on Friday,
May 30, 2003 with the following members of the Court
present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheet contains the names of the
citizens and officials that were in attendance.
The Court considered approval of a purchase order in
the amount of $15,103 for the purchase of a vehicle for
the Task Force. On motion by Commissioner Cauley,
seconded by Commissioner Mallard and Peters, the Court
voted unanimously to approve the purchase order as
submitted.
There being no further business to come before the
Court, the meeting was adjourned.
