NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
APRIL 21, 2003
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT A PUBLIC HEARING ON
MONDAY, APRIL 21, 2003 AT 6:30 P.M. IN ASSEMBLY ROOM 2 OF THE BRAZOS
CENTER, 3232 BRIARCREST DRIVE, BRYAN, TEXAS.
The purpose for the hearing is for a presentation and discussion regarding the intent,
requirements and processes of the Storm Water Management Plan.
All interested parties are invited to attend.
The Brazos Center is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign
interpretive services must be made two business days before the meeting. To make arrangements, call (979) 361-

PUBLIC HEARING
APRIL 21, 2003
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing at the Brazos Center in Bryan, Brazos County,
Texas, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 21, 2003, with
the following members of the Court present:
Randy Sims, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct l;
Duane Peters, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The purpose of the hearing is for a presentation and
discussion regarding the intent, requirements and processes of
the Storm Water Management Plan. Rabon Metcalf of Rabon
Metcalf Engineering was present to make a presentation. There
was no one to make commentary on the plan.
There being no further comment, the County Judge declared
the Public hearing closed.
