county. Commissioner Sims asked Judge Hall if he and Judge
Boyett did not share employees. Judge Hall replied that they
did not other than to answer the phone. Judge Hall explained
the nature of the cases and fines his office handled and
stated that the walk in traffic along with the increased
paperwork made this request necessary. Commissioner Sims
moved to approve the request of Judge Hall to hire an employee
for the months of June, July, August and September only and to
make a request at budget time for the employee. Commissioner
Norton seconded the motion. Commissioners Norton, Sims and
Turner voted "Aye", Commissioner Wilcox voted "No".
