NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Commissioners Court will hold A public hearing in the
Commissioners Courtroom, Brazos County Courthouse, Room 115, 300
East 26th Street, Bryan, Texas on Wednesday, November 21, 1990 at
9:00 A.M.
The purpose of the public hearing is to hear commentary for or
against the implementation of traffic regulations on Greens Prairie
Road and the road is Woodlake Estates Subdivision in Precinct 1.

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00
a.m. on Wednesday, November 21, 1990, to consider Traffic
Regulations on Greens Prairie Road and in Woodlake Estates
Subdivision pursuant to Section 2.301 of the County Road and
Bridge Act, Art. 6702-1 subchapter D, Vernons Civil Statutes.
The following members of the Court were present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding;
` Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Absent;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Frank Boriskie, County Clerk.
The following citizens and officials were in attendance:
Bea Green Secretary to Commissioners
Mary Ann Ward County Clerk Elect
Holland Winder County Engineer
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear commentary
for and against the proposed implementation of traffic
regulations in the following locations:
Woodlake Subdivision - Speed limit on all roads in
the subdivision shall be set at 30 miles per hour.
Greens Prairie Road - Between State Highway 6 South
and Woodlake Drive Road the speed limit shall be
set at 45 miles per hour.

Between Greens Prairie Road and FM 2154 (Wellborn
Road - Speed limit shall be set at 30 miles per
hour.
The County Judge stated in his opening remarks that

proper notice of the hearing had been given according to law.
There was no one in attendance to provide commentary for or
against the proposed implementation of traffic regulations.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the Public Hearing was adjourned.
