1. Request from Kathy Bice from the Brazos Animal Shelter to
address Commissioners' Court.
2. Consider and take action of appointment to the Board of
Managers of the Brazos County Emergency Communications
District (9-1-1).
3. Approval of the minutes of the meetings held on September
13, 1988, September 29, 1988, October 3, 1988, October 10,
1988 and October 17, 1988.
4. Consider and take action on the awarding of the contract
for the construction of Elmo Weedon Road and authorize the
payment thereof.
5. Consider and take action on increase in 1988 landfill budget
and change in operation.
6. Consider and take action of the extension of the following
annual contracts for the Road and Bridge Department:

mously to accept the recommendation of the i

bid tabulation is attached hereto and made a

The Court next considered Budget Amendment #23, which would

.ncrease the budget for the Environmental Protectionl Department
ind the General Fund Budget by $18,650.00. On motion by
;ommissioner Beard, seconded by Commissioner Wilcox, the Court
voted unanimously to approve the budget amendment as submitted, a
copy of which is attached hereto.
On motion by Commissioner Beard, seconded by Commissioner
Wilcox, the Court voted unanimously to extend the following
contracts that expired November 15, 1988 to February 15, 1989:

Commissioner Cooley, the Court voted unanimously to approve the
budget amendment as submitted, a copy of which is attached
