An emergency meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos j
County, Texas was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the If
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 12:00 j
p.m. on Tuesday, November 1, 1988, with the following members of
i
the Court present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presidingt
Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct It j
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Billy E. Beard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent= 1
Frank Boriskie, County Clerk.

The following citizens and officials were in attendance:
Ruth McLeod Administrative Assistant
The Court met in emergency session to to appoint an Appeals
Board for Indigent Health Care Services provided by Brazos
`County. The Appeals Board would hear any grieviences that could

`Inot be resolved by the contracting agent for Brazos County.
it The County Judge recommended appointment of all seven

IIJustices of the Peace to serve as a body at large requiring three j
Ito serve at a time. The County Judge recommend the following

;Justices serve as the first body:

Carolyn Hensarling Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 Place 2
Ii Brownrigg Dewey Justice of the Peace Precinct 4 Place 1
ior Michael Calliham Justice of the Peace Precinct 7 Place 1

If Wesley Hall Justice of the Peace Precinct 7 Place 2
Commissioner Beard moved to appoint all seven Justices of the
,Peace to serve as an Appeals Board for Indigent Health Care
(Services. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Cooley and

(carried unanimously.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
