An excerpt from those reports 11is attached hereto. The Court next considered approval of the minutes of the ~J Commissioners' Court meetings held August 8, 1988, August 11, 1988 and August 15, 1988. On motion by Commissioner Turner, ;seconded by Commissioner Beard, the Court voted unanimously to Iapprove the minutes as submitted. I On motion by Commissioner Wilcox, seconded by Commissioner i I Beard, the Court voted unanimously to table consideration of the I; ,bids for the construction of a parking lot in conjunction with I I I epgrtment and to table consideration until a future date. The motion was made by Commissioner Beard, seconded by Commissioner 1 The Court proceeded to consider the change of status of the Iifollowing employees. 11 NAME the First Baptist Church until such time as some minor details lcould be worked out. ' On motion by Commissioner Beard, seconded by Commissioner ,(Turner, the Court voted unanimously to pay all legal fees incurred and authorized the purchase of 0.37 acres from Susan B. 11 (Smith for right-of-way along Elmo Weedon Road. I On motion by Commissioner Beard, seconded by Commissioner Cooley, the Court voted unanimously to table a request for ,!reimbursement of penalty fees, interest fees and attorney fees for advalorem taxes.
