I ..._j I • • COMMISSIONERS' COURT SPECIAL MEETING MARCH 24, 1988 A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday March 24, 1988, with the following members of the Court present: R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding; Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Billy E. Beard, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4; The Court met to begin the second round of interviews with Architects and/or Engineers that had been picked from the first interviews. Those Architects and/or Engineers were Swiki Anderson & Associates, Burris Patterson and Emmett Trant & Associates. The County Judge announced that after these interviews an Architect and/or Engineer would be chosen for the planning and construction of a Minimum Security Facility on the property located on Highway 21 West. i •j Ni 4 c' I~ II The foregoing minutes have been examined and approved in open Court this the ZA, day of xe'p 19 Do, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
