BUDGET ANENDNENT(S) FOR THE 1987 BUDGET YEAR
NO. 08
On this the 22nd day of June 1987 at a special meeting of the
Commissioners' Court the following members were present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding
Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner, Precinct 1, Absents
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner, Precinct 2;
Billy E. Beard, Commissioner, Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner, Precinct 4;
Frank Boriskie, County Clerk.
The following proceedings were held:
THAT WHEREAS, on June 22, 1987, the Court heard and approved a
budget amendment for the 1987 budget year for Brazos County, Texas.
WHEREAS, an emergency expenditure is necessary due to grave public
necessity to meet unusual and unforeseen conditions which could not
be reasonably included in the original budget adopted October
27, 1986, the following amendment(s) to the original are hereby
authorized, as described on the attached 1 page(s).
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 22nd day of June 1987

The State of Texas
County of Brazos
I, Frank Boriskie, Clerk of the Commissioners' Court in and
for Brazos County, Texas do hereby Certify that the following is a
true excerpt from the minutes of the Commissioners' Court meeting
held Monday, June 22, 1987,
"The meeting was opened to the public at 11:05 a.m. to
allow the Court to take action on the closed session.
The Court considered an Order Authorizing The Count
Attorney To File Suit Against Ralph Bobbitt For V ola-
tions Of The Texas Water Code. Commissioner Beard moved
to adopt the Order authorizing
g the suit. The motion was
seconded by Commissioner Wilcox, with Commissioners Beard,
Wilcox and the County Judge voting "Aye"; Commissioner
Turner abstained, whereupon the County Judge announced
the motion carried. A copy of the approved Order is
attached hereto and made a part of these minutes."
