A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas, was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, September 15, 1986, with the following members of the Court present: R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, presiding: Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Billy E. Bid No. 297 Milk Contract for 4th Quarter of 1986 for the jail r~ u 16,700 1/2 pints Milk Homogenized Unit Total Price Price 1. LILLY DAIRY PRODUCTS $ .15 $2,505.00 2. OAR FARMS DAIRIES $ .1320 $2,204.20 Commissioner Beard moved to take the high bid of Lilly Dairy Products and to notify the low bidder that the contract would be awarded at the next meeting. Bid No. 304 Physical Conditioning Equipment 1. Physical Conditioning Equipment, F.O.B Brazos County Jail, including installation. 2. F.O.B. Supplier 3. Installation, if F.O.B. Supplier 4. Un versa DVR 10C - 9006 Universal 9006 DVR 10c Commissioner Cooley questioned the need for this kind of exercise equipment for the jail. The County Judge indicated he would varify the need of this kind of equipment with the Jail Standards Commission. The County Judge then moved to accept the low bid of ion Cada after verification of the need with the Jail Standards Commission.
