A regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas, was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00
A.M. on Monday, April 14, 1986, with the following members of

The first matter to come before the Court were amendments
to the 1986 budget for vari()us departments. On motion by Com-
missioner Turner, seconded by Commissioner Wilcox, the Court
voted unanimously to approve the amendments as submitted. A
full copy of the amendments are attached to and made a part of
these minutes.
The Court proceeded to consider changes in status of the

On motion by Commissioner Cooley, seconded by Commissioner Beard,
the Court voted unanimously to approve the changes as submitted.
Under other business the Court considered approval of the
final plat of Lots 1 through 5, Block 1-R of the Benjamin Graham
Subdivision in Precinct 1, which is a replat of Blocks 1 and 3,
Benjamin Graham Subdivision. After a thorough review of the plat,
Commissioner Cooley moved for the approval of the plat subject to
the addition of a drainage easement perpendicular to Koppe Bridge
Road, the location to be specified by the County Engineer. The
second condition of approval is the installation of a fire plug
somewhere in the subdivision. The motion was seconded by Commissio-
ner Turner and carried unanimously.

THAT WHEREAS, On April 14, 1986, the Court heard and approved a budget
amendment.for the 1985 budget year for Brazos County, Texas.
-WHEREAS, an emergency expenditure is necessary due to grave public.necessity '
to meet unusual and unforseen conditions; which could' hot- be :reasonably
included in the original budget adopted November 19, 1985,the following
j amendment(s) to the original are hereby authorized, as described in the
1 attached 2 pages.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this the 14th day of April, 1986.
