F~,y COMMISSIONERS' COURT REGULAR MEETING APRIL 14, 1986 1- A regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas, was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, April 14, 1986, with the following members of { the Court present: R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, presiding: Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Billy E. Beard, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4; Frank Boriskie, County Clerk. Commissioners Secretary The Court received, approved and ordered filed as submitted i y i o , i - j• the following reports for February, 1986: Jim Mazurkiewicz, County Extension Agent; Mike McKinney, County Extension Agent; Dale A. Fritz, County Extension Agent; Mable Walker, County Extension Agent; Kathleen M. Barnett, County Extension Agent. The Court received, considered and approved reports from County and Precinct Officers showing revenue collected and re- mitted to the County Treasurer. A copy of the reports are attached hereto. On motion by Com- missioner Turner, seconded by Commissioner Wilcox, the Court voted unanimously to approve the amendments as submitted. A full copy of the amendments are attached to and made a part of these minutes. The Court proceeded to consider changes in status of the following employees: 'f F` • I M. D. District Court Roy Kelly County Court At Law #1 Allie Lewis 272nd. District Court Everett Benignus County Court At Law #2 On motion by Commissioner Cooley, seconded by Commissioner Beard, the Court voted unanimously to approve the changes as submitted. Under other business the Court considered approval of the final plat of Lots 1 through 5, Block 1-R of the Benjamin Graham Subdivision in Precinct 1, which is a replat of Blocks 1 and 3, Benjamin Graham Subdivision. After a thorough review of the plat, Commissioner Cooley moved for the approval of the plat subject to the addition of a drainage easement perpendicular to Koppe Bridge Road, the location to be specified by the County Engineer. The second condition of approval is the installation of a fire plug somewhere in the subdivision. The motion was seconded by Commissio- ner Turner and carried unanimously.
