COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 16, 1985
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas, was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in
the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at
11:30 A.M. on Monday, December 16, 1985, with the following
members of the Court present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, presiding:
Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Billy E. Beard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Frank Boriskie, County Clerk.
The following citizens and officials were in attendance:

Jewell Coker Savin Sales
Carol Snedeker County Judge's Secretary
Ruth McLeod Admin. Asst.
Sharon Fairchild County Auditor
The first matter to come before the Court was payment of
the Utley James bill in the amount of $4,344.18 for modifications
and additions to Brazos County Courthouse.
