J. Holmgreen, County Judge, presiding: Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Billy E. Beard, Commissioner of Precinct 3 - Absent Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4; Frank Boriskie, County Clerk. The following citizens and officials were in attendance: i B. V. 'r 1 a' I 1 I= The Court next considered a request from Bluebonnet Gather- ing, Inc. to install a six inch natural gas pipeline, in two seperate locations, across the right-of-way of Mumford Road in I , ~ r + Precinct 4. After discussion and on motion by Commissioner Turner, seconded by Commissioner Cooley, the Court voted unanimously to i grant the request and authorized the installation.' A full copy of f 1. ~ I I the application is attached hereto. i 1 t I The County Judge next advised the Court that Judge Ruffino, ' f r j Judge of the County Court At Law would be on vacation from June j 24th, through June 30th. and asked the Court to approve a Judge to i serve in an emergency status during her absence. On motion by Com- missioner Wilcox, seconded by Commissioner Cooley, the Court voted unanimously to appoint both Judge Amis and Judge Smith to serve in r{ ~ I I ~ the capacity. (Applicant) Bluebonnet Gathering, ;nfinderstand and agree that: 1. The County Engineer must be notified prior to the beginning of construction in order that they might be on hand to designate the actual location of the installation. 2. That all damage to the roadways and rights-of-way will be repaired to their original condition to the satisfaction of the County Engineer. 1 . 3. That BRAZOS COUNTY reserves the right to require Applicant to relocate or lower any such line at no cost to BRAZOS COUNTY, should same become necessary due to widening or lowering, or other alteration of the roadway or right-of-way. 4. That BRAZOS COUNTY is in no way responsible for any damage that might occur to any existing utility lines in the right-of-way, 5. That the line will be constructed and maintained on the county right- of way in accordalce with governing laws. 6. That the line or lines will be constructed no less than forty-eight inches (48") lower than the lowest part of the drainage or bar ditch and the drainage is to be considered at least two feet (2') below the center of the roaiway. 7. That all roads be bored to forty feet (40') on either side of the centerline of the right-of-way or cased for such distance. 8: That all sites will be barracaded during construction period. 9. That the normal charge is $500 per croaaing and/or $40 per rod when paralleling the roadway established by the Commissioners' Court on January 28, 1985.
