The Commissioners Court met in a closed executive session
on Wednesday, May 16. 1984 at 1:30 P.M. in the office of the
County Judge, in the Brazos County Courthouse, Bryan, Texas,

to discuss personnel matters

The meeting was opened to the public at 2:00 P.M. for the
following action:

drilling and/or driving of piling for the bridge on Grassbur
Road and Democrat Road. On motion by Commissioner Beard

ed by Commissioner Cooley the Court voted to accept the bid of

Southwest Bridge Company in the total amount of $10,886.00 for
