APRIL 11, 1984
The Commissioners` Court of Brazos County met in Closed
Executive Session on Wednesday, April 11, 1984 at 9:30 A.M. in
the office of the County Judge, at the Courthouse, Bryan, Texas,
to discuss personnel and legal matters with the following mem-
bers of the Court present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, presiding:
Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Billy Beard, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4.
Other persons present were W. R. Vance, Attorney - Patricia
Meronoff, Attorney and Ruth McLeod.
The County Judge announced the meeting open to the public
at 11:00 A.M. and the following action was taken.
Commissioner Cooley moved that the County Judge be authorized
to sign an Option Agreement with A. A. Hodde for the purchase of
140.47 acres of land at Millican. The motion was seconded by
Commissioner Beard and carried unanimously.
The Court retired into Closed Executive Session at 11:30 A.M.
to continue discussion of Personnel matters.
