A Public Hearing was held by the Commissioners' Court
Hof Brazos County, Texas on Tuesday, November 15, 1983, at
110 00 A M at the Brazos Center, 3232 Briarcrest Drive,
j Bryan, Texas with the following members of the Court present

Bill J Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1,
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2,
Billy E Beard, Commissioner of Precinct 3,
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4
Other persons present were

Mark Meadors KBTA-TV

Glenn Eiken Development Solutions, Inc
Paul 0 Williams Development Solutions, Inc
The County Judge opened the hearing and announced that
the purpose of the Hearing was to receive comments from the
Public concerning the funding of a project for Clausen In-
vestments, Inc with Industrial Revenue Bonds to be issued
by the Brazos County Industrial Development Corporation

Paul 0 Williams with Development Solutions gave an
overview of the project, after which the County Judge asked
for comments from the audience Receiving no comments the
County Judge announced the Hearing closed
