Preliminary Plat of North Town Estates in Precinct 4 and the Bryan extra territorial jurisdiction. After discussion regarding the single road in the subdivision being a private road, Commissioner Turner moved to approve the Preliminary Plat with the understanding that the final plat include the statement that there would be no public maintenance of the road within the mobil home park. The motion was seconded by Commissio- ner Beard and carried unanimously. 2. Preliminary Plat of Persimmon Hill in Precinct 3. On motion by Commissioner Beard, seconded by Commissioner Wilcox the Court voted unanimously to approve the plat subject to the road being a 45% turn without the curve and that the north road be extended to top the abutting property.
