OCTOBER 10, 1983 A regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas, was held in the Lecture Rehearsal Room of the Brazos Center, 3232 Briarcrest Drive, Bryan, Braozs County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, October 10, 1983, with the following members of the Court present: R. Two (2) medium size trucks equipped with 5 cubic yard water level dump bodies for Precinct 2: (a) Beal Ford - $19,972.40 ea.or $39,944.80 total (b) Twin City International - $19,337.38 or $38,674.76 total On recommendation of Commissioner Wilcox and motion by Commissioner Turner, seconded by Commissioner Wilcox, the Court voted unanimously to accept the low bid of Twin City International for a total amount of $38,674.76 and for the payment thereof. 4. Complete time lapse video system for the Metropolitan Planning Organization: (a) Siboney Communications, Inc. - No Bid (b) Gray Electronics Contractors, Inc. - $10,115.83 It was the recommendation of the Metropolitan Planning Organization that a tripod and head of lesser quality be used which would lower the price to $9,966.75. On this recommendation and motion by Com- missioner Cooley, seconded by Commissioner Turner the Court voted unanimously to accept the only bid returned and to purchase the equipment of lesser quality for a total amount of $9,966.75 and for the payment thereof. These funds to,be reinbursed by the Metropoli- tan Planning Organization.
