I 1 I f t ~ A f COMMISSIONERS' COURT ; REGULAR MEETING , 1 APRIL 11, 1983 A regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas, was held in the'Lecture Rehearsal Room of the Brazos Center, 3232 Briarcrest Drive, Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10.00 A.M. on Monday, April 11, 1983, with the following members of the Court present. R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, presiding: Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Billy E. Beard, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4; Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk's Office. The following citizens and officials were in attendance: A R.
