COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
FEBRUARY 27, 1981
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas, was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10 00
A M on Friday, February 27, 1981, with the following members
of the Court present

The first item to come before the Commissioners' Court was a
Request For Change in Status of Employees on motion by
Commissioner Beard, seconded by Commissioner Cooley, the
Court unanimously approved the following request

The Court next held a public hearing for the purpose of
discussing license and weight permits for vehicles traveling
over County maintained roads. Comments and input were heard
from various persons in the audience after which it was the
consensus of the Court that amendments should be made to the
proposed regulations and another public hearing be held with
the date and time to be announced
The Court next discussed the Transportation System Management
program (TSM) On motion by Commissioner Wilcox, seconded
by Commissioner Cooley, the Court unanimously voted to endorse
the program and to authorize the County Judge to sign the
necessary documents
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the County Judge announced the neeting adjourned
