COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 16, 1980
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas, was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in
the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at ;
9 00 A M. on Tuesday, December 16, 1980 with the following ,I

members of the Court present
R J Holmgreen, County Judge, presiding
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2,
Billy E Beard, Commissioner of Precinct 3,
Frank Boriskie, County Clerk
The following citizens and officials were in attendance
Tammy Pardi KAGC
John Morris The Eagle
Bill Davie KAMU
Bobby Yeager Sheriff
On motion by Commissioner Wilcox, seconded by Commissioner
i
Beard, the Court unanimously voted to approve the Bond of
Gerald L. (Buddy) Winn, Tax Assessor - Collector to the State
of Texas in the amount of $50,000 00 and to Brazos County in l
the amount of $50,000 00 and ordered that both bonds be filed
by the County Clerk and recorded in the Official Bond Records
for Brazos County, Texas
The Court was informed that Judge Joe Daniel Novosad
successfully completed a twenty hour course in the responsi-
bilities of the office of Justice of the Peace as required
in Article 5972 of the Texas Revised Civil Statutes
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned
