J Holmgreen, County Judge, presiding Bill J Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2. The following; citizens and officials were in attendance John Morris The Eagle Tammy Pardi KAGC Jack Cumpton Architect William R Vance Attorney The County Judge opened the meeting and announced that the Court would retire into executive session to discuss pend- ing litigations The meeting was reopened at 9 30 A.M. On motion by Commissioner Cooley, seconded by Commissioner Wilcox, the Court unanimously voted to adopt a Resolution authorizing application for grant to support augmentation to the District Attorney's staff, a copy of which is attached to and made a part of these minutes The Court next considered Requests For Change In Status Of Employees as .Follows Thomas V Kinerd, C P.A Auditor's office It was the concensus of the Court to table this request No action was taken at this time There being no further business to come before the Court, the meeting was adjourned i i 1� ..........
