Commissioner Stasny moved to withdraw the membership Motion died for lack of a second It was the concensus of the Court to defer payment until further information could be obtained The Court next considered payment of fire calls to the City of Bryan in the amount of $947 72 and the City of College Station in the amount of $387 50 for the month of August, 1980 On motion by Commissioner Wilcox, seconded by Commissioner Stasny, the Court unanimously voted to pay the statements as submitted omitting call #2 from the City of Bryan's statement The Court next received and considered the following bids for the construction of restroom facilities at the Rodeo ' Arena /Pavilion on Tabor Road 1 1. Pope Plumbing Company a without showers - $2,500 b. with showers - $3,000 � c Sewer line & wash rack - $1,500 2. H & L Mechanical Contractors t,a a. Labor only for plumbing & setting ;I fixtures - $7,435 34 3. Everett B Wells, III a. $1 75 /block b $0 75 /saw cut 4. Wayne McVey a $1 /00 /block - labor only S. A &/T' Electric Company a., Wiring of all outlest & 100 amp service - $1,950 1 It was the concensus of the Court to refer all bids to Ed I Dobbins. The Court next received and considered the following bids for the Brazos Center sign 1 Stabler Sign Co - $ 2830 00 2. Mc -Co Ad - $5,300 00 It was the concensus of the Court to refer all bids to the County Judge. On motion by Commissioner Stasny, seconded by Commissioner Cooley, the Court unanimously voted to authorize this increase to be effective November 1, 1980 The Court next recognized Judge Smith who introduced the Acting Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3.
