On motion by Commissioner Cooley, seconded by Commissioner Wilcox, the Court unanimously voted to appoint the following persons as election judges Precinct 3 - Mrs Daniel Fore, Judge Precinct 4 - Mr Billy Anderson, Judge Precinct 7 - George P Blevins, Judge Precinct 11 - Mrs Fred Nelson, Judge Precinct 11 - W D Scoates, Alternate Precinct 12 - Fred Rennels, Jr , Judge Precinct 12 - Barbara Schwarts, Alternate Precinct 14 - Mrs Mildred Hendrix, Judge Precinct 16 - Arthur Davila, Judge Precinct 18 - Marion Haynes, Judge Precinct 20 - Paul Louis Preslar, Judge Precinct 20 - Kathy Jones, Alternate Precinct 21 - Ernest Gregg, Judge Precinct 23 - Jerry Barton, Judge Precinct 23 - Keith Bryant, Alternate Precinct 24-- Ann Dougherty, Judge Precinct 24 - Charles Bredwell, Alternate Precinct 26 - Mrs Marjorie Clay, Judge Precinct 26 - Tom Caffall, Alternate Precinct 27 - Mrs E E Peters, Judge Precinct 29 - Mrs Ruby Ellis, Judge Precinct 29 - Betty Miller, Alternate Precinct 30 - Mrs Sam T Yeager, Judge The Court next considered the payment of fire calls to the City of Bryan in the amount of $1,633.77. Commissioner Cargill moved for the payment of the statement from the City of Bryan in the amount of $1,633 77 He further moved that fire calls numbered 6, 8, 10, and 14 be billed by Brazos County to the respective land owners The motion was seconded by Commissioner Cooley and carried unanimously.
