A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
' County, Texas, was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the

1 Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10 00
A M on Wednesday, November 21, 1979, with the following members
of the Court present
R. J Holmgreen, County Judge, presiding
Bill J Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1,
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2,
H L Cargill, Commissioner of Precinct 3,
W A Stasny, Commissioner of Precinct 4

The Court first heard a presentation by Kirk Francis and
Michael Godwin, representing E F Hutton and Company, Inc ,

regarding bond advisory services The services provided would
include the Bond Attorneys, printing of the bonds, printing of
the Official-Statement and Official Notice of Sale at a cost
to the county of approximately $32,890
The Court next heard a presentation by Gary King and
Bookman Peters, representing First City National Bank of Houston,
regarding bond advisory services Mr Peters would be the agent
working with the county The services provided would include
the printing and mailing of the Official statement and Notice
of Sale, election supplies, and the printing of the bonds at a
cost to the county of approximately $20,000
The Court then heard a presentation by Davis McGill,
representing A G Edwards and Sons, Inc , regarding bond
advisory services The services provided would include the
payment of Bond attorneys, printing of Notice of Sale, printing

There being no further business to come before the Court,
the Court recessed until 2 00 P.M.

The Court reconvened with all members being present.
On motion by Commissioner Stasny, seconded by Commissioner
Cooley, the,Court unanimously voted to appoint Davis McGill,
A. G. Edwards and Sons, Inc. as financial advisor for Brazos
County.
The Court proceeded to consider the following Claims
submitted by the County Auditor for payment.
General Fund Claims 3318 through 3389
On motion by Commissioner Cooley, seconded by Commissioner
Wilcox, the Court unanimously voted to pay the Claims as
submitted
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the County Judge announced the meeting adjourned
