J. Holmgreen, County Judge, presiding Bill J Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2, H L Cargill, Commissioner of Precinct 3, W. A. She further reported on the following recommended improvements to be con- sidered over the next five years 1 Restrooms, offices, ticket office and concession building 2. Striping and numbering of seating on bleachers. 3. Parking and access 4. Additional bleachers added at the arean and pavilion. S. Study improvements to the metal building. 6. Lighting and security, 7. Sign for the facilities. Mrs. Rychlik proposed the possibility of a percentage of the revenue be used for capitol improvements and stated that her committee would like the opportunity to study in depth the means and ways of raising money for the improvements, Don Ladewig suggested the implementation of the rules,an fees with the understanding that they could be amended after some use if it was determined necessary. I - ' 'fir' i«~ ~w _ -.-..+w-,-+.-~- ! . ~ , r ^r~ tr , r r ~'1 A c l E o I , y n~ 1 1 1 Q F l i Section S Personal Property r ql 81 In the event that the Pavilion does not have adequate equipment suitable to the proposed use, such personal property shall be rented at the Users expense Brazos County shall not be In any manner responsible for such personal property as may be rented by User t 82 Users shall bo responsible for all damage to the Pavilions personal property ° Section 9 Damage/Clean-up Deposits 91 A damage/clean up deposit may be required of any User which sponsors any event. y 02 1 The amount of damage/clean up deposit shall be determined by the Director at the time of execution of the required agreement as determined In the scale accompanying these regulations 93 The damage/clean up deposit shall be used by the Pavilion to restore, repair, replace or In payment for any property of the Pavilion which Is damaged, destroyed, or Improperly used by User or any participant at the r ' ` event sponsored by User The unused portion of such deposit will be refunded to User after the expiration of t ten days after the event, provided, however, that the deposit may be held for a longer period of time, at the Dlrectora discretion, If the extent of damages has not been fully determined 94 In the event that the total damages caused by User or any participant at User's event exceeds the amount of the damage deposit, User agrees to pay the deficiency Pavilion will render a statement of damages to User and , User agrees to pay the deficiency within 5 days of the date of such statement f Section 10 Clean up t , 101 All Users shall return the facilities In the same condition as when received, except that the Pavilion will provide normal dirt maintenance and clean up services Users shall be responsible for disposing of eating utensils, beverage containers, animal waste and all other disposable materials used in conjunction with any event v, Section 11 Nonconforming Events 11 1 Events not conforming to accepted community standards or any event that has been scheduled due to untrue , or misleading Information provided by the User shall be rejected or cancelled Any such rejectlon or cancellation shall be at the discretion of the Brazos County Advisory to The Brazos Center and Pavilion c Facilities Committee Section 12. Concessions f 121 The Director reserves the right to regulate the sale of any beverage, food, souvenir, or other merchandise on the premises 122 Concession rights may be granted In the written agreement with the User Section 13.
