The County Judge read aloud a letter from the State Highway

for funding for the extension of FM 60 and authorizing the County
to proceed with the construction thereof.
The Court then proceeded to reconsider bids for office supplies
for the County. The County Judge noted that all bidders had been
notified of this meeting and that all bidders were present, with
the exception of Precision Printing and Office Supplies, and stated
that the purpose of this meeting was to give the County Auditor and
suppliers an opportunity to explain their position to the Court.
After much discussion all suppliers agreed that they would work
with the County to try to establish a more uniform method for bidding
office supplies in the future.
