M. on Monday, March 15, 1976, with the following members of the Court present: William R. Vance, County Judge, presiding; Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct 1; i Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2; " W. A. Stasny, Commissioner of Precinct 4; Frank Boriskie, County Clerk. There was no citizens participation in this meeting. The first item to be considered was a proposal from Lone Star Gas Company for the relocation of their line in the right- of-way of the Briarcrest Drive Extension. After some discussion and on motion by Commissioner Cooley, seconded by Commissioner Wilcox, the Court unaimously voted to accept such proposal with the following conditions: 1. Relocation to be accomplished at the actual cost to Lone Star Gas Company. 2. That the relocated line be placed within.the. right-of- way, within 10 feet of the right-of-way line. 3. That future relocations of this portion of the line will be as the expense of Brazos County, Texas. On motion by Commissioner Cooley, seconded by Commissioner Wilcox, the Court unanimously voted to approve the following Public Weighers Bonds: 1. Leonard Ray Howry, bond in the amount of $2,500.00 with Western Surety as surety. 2. James R. Grubbs, bond in the amount of $2,500.00 with United States Fidelity and Guarantee as surety. 3. Rebecca Faye Rosenkranz, bond in the amount of $2,500.00 with Western Surety as surety. There being no further business, the Court adjourned. J r.~-... ~..+.F tt ,.o l~•w~r/'•1.
