voted AYE. The County Judge voted NO, whereupon•the motion was
declared carried.
' On motion by Commissioner Wilcox, seconded,by Commissioner

Stasny, the Court unanimously voted to authorize the payment of
expenses of Foster'Care for the month of May in the'amount of $944.65:
On motion duly made and seconded the Court unanimously voted
to pay all bills which have been properly filed and approved.
There being no further business the Court adjourned.
SPECIAL MEETING - MAY 29, 1973
A special meeting of the Commissioners Court of Brazos County,
Texas, was held in the Commissioners Courtroom in-the Courthouse-,in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 1:30 P. M. on Tuesday,
May 29, 1973, with the following present: r
William R. Vance, County Judge, presiding;
Bill J. Cooley, Commissioner of Precinct # 1;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct # 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct # 3;
W. A. Stasny, Commissioner of Precinct # 4;
Frank Boriskie, County Clerk. ;
The Court first considered the appointment of election judges- `
and alterantes for the Community College Election to be held June
9, 1973, and unanimously appointed the following persons:
