REGULAR MEETING - JULY 129 1971
A regular meeting of the. Commissioner Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom-in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Texas, beginning at 10:00 A. M. on Monday
July 12, 1971 with the following present:

Raymond A. Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct 91;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct #2; -
W. A. Stasny, Commissioner of Precinct #4;
Frank Boriskie, County Clerk.
! The Court received, approved and ordered filed as submitted
the following reports for June, 1971:

The Court received, considered and approved the following

The Court considered a request of General Telephone Company.
to lay cable in Precincts 11 2 and 4. On motion by Commissioner
Nolan, seconded by Commissioner Stasny, the Court voted to
authorize the request upon the condition that such cables be
relocated,in the future if necessary at no cost to Brazos County.
j~ On motion duly made, seconded and passed, the Court authorized
the payment of $ for:foster care expenses for the mohth „
of June, 1971. '
' On motion duly made and seconded the Court unanimously
voted to all bills which have been
pay properly filed and

approve all reports.
There being no further business the Court adjourned.
