Vance, County Judge Raymond Nolan, Commissioner, Precinct # 1 George Dunn, Commissioner, Precinct # 2 Clyde Porterfield, Commissioner, Precinct # 3 W. A. Stasny, Commissioner, Precinct #'4 Frank Boriskie, County Clerk and all of said persons were present, excpet the follord ng absentees: NONE, thus constituting a quorum. Whereupon, among other business, the following was transacted at said meeting: a written ORDER CANVASSING RETURNS AND DECLARING RESULTS OF ELECTION was duly introduced for the consideration of said court and read in full. '.~..p - ~.;t'y~ `'t _~-:a+w:..:.c _ w~~. r',5... ,~ai~~ I ~ f~'Vii v"~'tt~i~11r ~1,~, a a' ~ .J l f ~4 the preamble of this order, and which was held and conducted as two separate but simultaneous elections, was called and notice thereof given in accordance with law; the election was held in all respects in conformity with law; only resident, qualified electors of the County voted at the election; the votes of the resident, qualified electors of the County who owned taxable property within the County and who had rendered the same for taxation, voting at the election, were recorded, returned, and are canvassed here separately from the votes-of all other resident, qualified electors of the County who voted at the election; returns of the election have been lawfully made by the proper officers; the election has resulted unfavor- ably to the creation of the BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, AIRPORT AUTHORITY as described in the proposition submitted at the election and the levy of an annual ad valorem tax as provided 1 i in Section 12 of Article IX of the Constitution of Texas, and more than the necessary majority of the qualified voters voting at the election have voted in favor thereof. Section 3. It is hereby officially found and determined that, as a result of the said-election, the BRAZOS COUNTY, TEXAS, AIRPORT AUTHORITY has not been created and established and the levy and collection of said annual ad valorem tax have not been authorized. Section 4.
