On motion duly made and seconded the Court approved all

bills which had been properly filed.
There being no further business the Court adjourned.
SPECIAL MEETING - DECEMBER 22, 1969
A special meeting of the Commissioners Court of.Brazos
County Texas, was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Texas, beginning at 11:00 A. M. with
the following present:
William R. Vance, County Judge, Presiding;
Raymond Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct 41;
George Dunn, Commissioner of Precinct 42;
C. J. Porterfield, Commissioner of Precinct 43;
W. A. Stasny, Commissioner of Precinct #4.
z' The Court received the bid of George Mallard, Insurance
' Agency for the purchase of liability and workmans compensation
insurance in the amount of approximately $24,000.00. After
L.; considerable discussion the Court instructed the County Judge
to seek additional bids for the purchase of such insurance.
There being no further business the Court adjourned to
an, executive session in accordance with Art. 6252-17, Sec. 3A'and
Art: 6257-17, Sec. 2, for the purpose of deliberating the

acquisition df additional real property.
