in the Courthouse in Bryan, Texas, beginning at 10:00 A. M:

As proceeding with activities which can be done on a local .'•i

basis. Mr. Cox presented each Commissioner with a copy of the
current report.

r.;'~. The County Judge requested '
that each Commissioner compile a list of County owned motor vehicals'for use in compiling a }
cost estimate for liability insurance beginning January 1, 1970. ,
` The Court next considered the statement of Charles L.
Osenbaugh Company in the amount of $240.00 for services in I
connection with the Litchford Condemnation and the statement
of A. W. Davis in the amount of $650.50 in connection therewith:
.•On_motion by Commissioner Nolan and seconded by Commissioner"`
Stasny the Court unanimously-voted to pay each statement.
The Court further considered the statement of A. W. Dams `
An the amount of $384.00 in connection with the pending west
` by-pass condemnation suits. On motion by Commissioner Nolan
and'seconded by Commissioner Stasny, the Court unanimously
i voted to pay such statement.
1 = The County Judge next "
presented a letter from the George
'Webb Agency requesting that that agency be given an opportunity,"
, i to 'participate in 'the County's insurance program. After a
;~--discussion the Court authorized the County Judge to inquire
f'' ' - into the handling of the insurance program.
The Court next considered a request from the County Health
f ~ -I;t,•,t,'•'•Unit for new draperies', and'only one bid having been received,
,the-Court authorized the County Judge to accept an additional , • .
t' r-bid and take the low bid therefore
On motion duly made and seconded the Court unanimously voted'
' 'to approve all reports and pay all bills which have been properly
filed and approved. y
There being no further business the Court adjourned.
