HomeMy WebLinkAbout1969-12-17-1000AM-SpecialI 1 SPECIAL MEETING - DECEMBER 17, 1969 A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the dourthouse in Bryan, Texas, beginning at 10:00 A. M. on Tuesday, December 17, 1968 with the following present: William R. Vance, County Judge, presiding; Raymond A. Nolan, Commissioner of Precinct 1; George Dunn, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Clyde J. Porterfield, Commissioner of Precinct 3; W..A. Stasny, Commissioner of Precinct 4; Frank Boriskie, County Clerk. W. T. McDonald, Jr., Assistant County Attorney requested that the County pay the statement of Cates Typewriter Co. in the amount of $99.00, it being explained that this price was the lowest available for a comperable machine. On motion duly made and seconded the Court unanimously voted to pay such statement. There being a nec6ssity for the Court to confer with the Honorable A. D. Davis, Attorney representing the County in the East by-pass cases, Court retired to an executive session. i / r4~ "2" William R.
